Jin Shin Jyutsu for Men and Women

Jin Shin Jyutsu has similarities with other energy modalities such as Reiki and Acupuncture as well as having its own unique aspects. This deeply relaxing, gentle therapy (there is no manipulation of muscles or tissue) is the perfect way to restore energy flows. Through hands on sequences we have the opportunity to restore emotional equilibrium.

Quite simply, this treatment improves and restores your body, mind and spirit balance. Jin Shin Jyutsu is a way to balance our life energy and achieve optimum health.

As you lie, fully clothed, on a comfortable massage table in a warm room, your qualified practitioner will use specific flows(sequences) with gentle touch to your body, resulting in emotional equilibrium and pain relief. Jin Shin Jyutsu can be used safely in conjunction with any other therapy or medications and can be used anywhere and at any time.

This treatment is available for both men and women. Gift vouchers are available.

“Each time I visit Carlene’s studio, I am able to relax and surrender to the process and always feel a shift in my body’s energy levels which then continues beyond the session.

Carlene has also helped me to practise and use the subtle and gentle techniques of Jin Shin Jyutsu as regular part of my daily self-care and wellness routines. Thank you Carlene for sharing this amazing healing work.”
