Relax, unwind and feel the tension slip away as you are massaged with a choice of aromatherapy oils. A qualified masseuse, using Swedish massage techniques will soothe away aches and pains, reducing effects of stress, anxiety and trauma, to improve your general health and wellbeing. Areas of stressed and tired muscles in neck, shoulders, arms, back or legs can be focused on and eased with a full body relaxation massage.
Carlene is a trained relaxation massage therapist with NZQA-accredited certification in relaxation massage. Those with pre-existing medical conditions may require clearance from their doctor before beginning their massage (please contact us if you would like to discuss this).

Back, neck and shoulders 60 minute massage - $90
Relax, Rejuvenate, Restore.
An hour of complete bliss, complete with aromatic oils to soothe your tired back (shoulders and neck included). A truly pampering, relaxing treatment.
This treatment (back, neck and shoulders) lasts 60 minutes. You can choose a 75minute option ( back neck and shoulders ) for $100.00
Full body massage (excluding hands and feet) - 90 minute massage $130.00
Nourish Me Treatment Package “My absolute favourite” A combination of the two modalities massage and JSJ
Give yourself a morning or afternoon in my boutique studio to restore and harmonise both your physical and emotional body. I will treat you with a intuitive, soothing back, neck and shoulders massage; followed by a restorative gentle Jin Shin Jyutsu treatment to restore all balance within and leave you in a total state of bliss . Total $155.00
